The platform, named “The Bank Built for You,” aims to highlight how banking is about more than just money and to showcase Starling’s money management tools. The campaign includes three 30-second TV ads, directed by Lucy Forbes, that tell relatable stories about how Starling can help customers with their financial goals. The bank’s media-buying strategy has also been revamped to better reflect how real people engage with content. The campaign will run for three months and forms part of Starling’s long-term marketing strategy and growth plans for 2024.
